A graduate of the University of Gdansk Faculty of Law. Since 2007 the member of Pomorska Bar Chamber in Gdańsk; in 2010 was entered in the Register of Attorneys. Since 2013 an ordinary member of the Association of Energy Trading (TOE). Since 2010 she has been responsible for the provision of legal services to MGS Clients of the Energy & Utilities sector. In 2013 she became a member of the TOE Report Task Force and, as such, she participated in developing the GUD-K standard for trade in energy on the household consumer market and the final contents of the binding Set of Energy Consumer’s Rights. She has long-lasting and extensive experience in conducting court disputes and administrative procedures on behalf of energy industry companies, including in disputes before regulatory bodies (Energy Regulatory Office / Competition and Consumer Protection Office) and common courts, also with regard to mechanisms of support for renewable energy and cogeneration. She is an active observer of and participant in implementation in Poland of the Regulation for Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT) and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). She also has long-lasting experience in regulations concerning the antitrust law and consumer law binding for the retail energy and utilities market.

The member of the Association of Financial Experts seated in Gdynia, where she holds the expert’s spokesperson position. Received the title of assets’ consultant assigned by SEM.
In our Law Firm Agnieszka Cwalina-Kowalewska is one of the persons responsible for legal support for foreign entities and coordination of collaboration with foreign law firms and lawyers in Europe.

She completed a course in stock exchange investment organized by the Stock Exchange School of Warsaw Stock Exchange and the EFET workshops: Standardized documentation in the context of the Polish wholesale gas market. She fluently speaks English (CAE), including legal English (TOLES Higher, TOLES Advanced) and business English (BEC Higher); she is also advanced in speaking Spanish.
