Anna Eliszewska

Anna Eliszewska specializes in legal services for enterprises in the electricity and gas industries, in personal data protection law and contract law. As part of her practice, she advises entities operating on the retail and wholesale electricity and gas fuel markets on an ongoing basis, including the preparation and verification of contracts (in the EFET standard), sales of electricity made from micro installations, prosumer contracts, provision of services of an entity responsible for trade balancing and the provision of services of a commercial or a commercial- technical operator.
As a part of her professional practice, Anna advises on a number of projects related to building product concepts on the energy-related markets (ESCO, energy efficiency, HAN/SmartHome), as well as energy products addressed to consumers of electricity and gas fuels (both in households and in business sectors), including in particular bundled products.
She participates in projects related to adapting the activities of energy companies to new regulations (including the MIFID2 directive and the EMIR and REMIT regulations), as well as in analyses regarding the systemic use of LNG in Poland.
A co-author of many opinions and legal analyses regarding practical aspects of compliance by Distribution System Operators, rules of unbundling and implementation of Compliance Programs. She conducts numerous proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulations Office, including proceedings for granting a license and imposing a financial penalty. She managed and actively participated in several projects including auditing and implementing measures for clients to ensure compliance of their business with the requirements for personal data protection (implementation of the so- called RODO regulation).
Anna Eliszewska conducts a great number of trainings in the field of energy law and personal data protection law. She is an active member of the Energy Trading Association. Currently, she actively participates in the work accompanying legislative changes in the area of energy law.
She completed her legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk, and was placed on the list kept by this Chamber. A graduate of University of Gdańsk, Law and Administration faculty.
She speaks fluent English, in her private life she reads with her Siberian cats and plans further trips around Asia.
