Anna Miałkowska is an attorney-at-law (Advocate) with MGS LAW. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has focused on civil law, commercial law, and family law. In her work, she adopts a comprehensive approach to legal matters and seeks practical, effective solutions tailored to clients’ real needs, combining substantive precision with a pragmatic perspective.

On a daily basis, she provides legal support to entrepreneurs and individual clients. She conducts litigation, develops procedural strategies, and drafts and negotiates commercial agreements. She also advises corporate bodies on day-to-day corporate matters.

Attorney Anna Miałkowska has experience in corporate reorganisations (transformations) and in conducting court and claims-handling proceedings against insurers.

She represents clients in employment law matters as well as before public administration authorities and administrative courts. As counsel, she values thorough preparation, composure, and effectiveness – both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

She is a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, she is passionate about motorcycling and, in her free time, most enjoys heading out on the road to discover new places and experience the sense of freedom that comes with travelling on two wheels.
