Anna Piwakowska Rowińska specializes in civil law, civll procedure and business law. She is a lawyer with extensive experience in conducting court cases, including those before arbitration courts, as well as the broadly understood legal enforcement.

She conducts numerous trials, representing clients in disputes under civil, commercial, construction and property law. Many years of professional experience allow her to provide legal assistance, including advice and represantgation before courts and administrative bodies, both for individual clients and companies.

Anna Piwakowska- Rowińska has become an expert with dealing with „franc” cases, representing Swiss francs credit recipients for several years before common courts of all instance, as well as the Supreme Court.

She successfully represents consumers and entrepreneurs in disputes involving banks regarding claims for loans linked to foreign currencies. She also has experience in conducting in and out-of-court negotiations.

A graduate from University of Gdańsk, Law and Administration faculty, graduate from the Foreign Language Teacher Training College at the University of Gdańsk (French), and from the European Law School. She completed judicial training at the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk.

Currently, a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk.

Anna speaks fluent Polish, English and French, in her private life she enjoys bicycle riding, hiking mountain trails and sweet baked goods.
