Izabela Koszela specializes in corporate services for commercial law companies, with particular
emphasis on entities operating in the construction and development industry. She also has
extensive experience in the broadly understood real estate law, including comprehensive legal
services for investment and construction processes. Attorney Izabela Koszela in the course of her
work to date, has been involved in the implementation of development investments, starting from
conducting a legal due diligence and acquiring real estate, through obtaining corporate and
administrative consents necessary for the paper conduct of the investment process and its
finalization.
She specializes in corporate consulting, building corporate governance, servicing corporate bodies,
implementing organizational transformations and preparing commercial agreements. She has
extensive experience in representing clients before common courts.
