Izabela Koszela specializes in ongoing corporate services for commercial law companies, including companies with State Treasury participation. She advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ownership restructuring, and investment projects, with particular focus on the energy sector, including renewable energy. She has experience in real estate law, including comprehensive legal support for construction and development projects. She has been involved in real estate development projects, providing legal support at all key stages of the process – from legal due diligence and acquisition of the property, through ongoing advice during the implementation phase, to the finalization of the investment.

In her practice, she advises on corporate governance, support for corporate bodies, organizational transformations, and the preparation of commercial agreements. She represents clients before common courts, public administration authorities, and administrative courts.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Mergers and Acquisitions. She is a qualified legal adviser (radca prawny) admitted to the Bar of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. She has been working with the law firm since March 2024. She provides legal services in Polish and English.

Privately, she is passionate about physical activity, especially cycling. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and discovering new places. She is interested in literature, psychological films, and the history of the 20th century.
