Kamila Dykty-Pustkowska is an attorney at law at MGS LAW in the unit specializing in services for business corporations.

She provides legal advice on the use of labour law and administrative procedures in enterprises. She is an expert in the field of comprehensive corporate services for business entities. She represents clients in court, as well as out-of-court disputes.

Kamila has extensive experience in advising companies working in the energy sector, particularly in the field of contract law, real estate management, and the location of energy facilities.

She specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts, conducting court disputes in commercial, civil, criminal, and economic crime cases.

She has appeared before the Supreme Court and administrative courts at both levels.

Kamila Dykty-Pustkowska is an expert in creating internal procedures, including those relating to the provision of public information, property management, and proceedings regarding owners’ claims related to the placement of energy facilities on their properties. She has represented these cases before administrative courts and the Supreme Court.

She has experience in conducting training sessions on topics ranging from criminal law to the legal aspects of real estate management. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. In 2011, she was admitted to the list of advocates of the Pomeranian Bar Association.

In her private time, Kamila enjoys renovating furniture and rustic style, as well as old cinema and kickboxing.
