He has a wealth of experience working with financial and insurance institutions, the energy sector, and the maritime industry. Notably, he served as the President of the Management Board of the Port of Gdańsk Authority SA and held senior management roles within the Energa Group. He has also been a member of numerous supervisory boards and actively participated in social and business organizations.

He holds an Executive MBA from the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development in collaboration with the University of Gdańsk and IAE-AIX Marseille Graduate School of Management.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdańsk, he has been a practicing legal counsel since 2010.
