Magdalena Wolska

Lawyer, Economist, and Food Law Expert. A graduate of doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (INP PAN) in Warsaw, she is a four-time recipient of the scholarship for the best doctoral students at INP PAN. She is currently preparing her doctoral dissertation on the control of organic products at the Department of Agricultural and Food Law at INP PAN.
She has authored numerous academic articles, including publications for Wolters Kluwer and Orzecznictwo Sądów Polskich, as well as several hundred journalistic articles on food law.
Her expertise lies in food law, with a particular focus on organic products, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical law, medicinal and medical products, and borderline products („borderline”).
Since 2020, she has been a regular contributor to the FoodFakty portal, where she prepares articles on food law, packaging regulations, and dietary supplements. She also leads the LexScan project, a monthly report covering all amendments to EU and national food law, enriched with detailed commentary.
She conducts training sessions for entrepreneurs and regularly delivers lectures at scientific conferences and industry trade fairs.
She is fluent in English.
Privately, she is passionate about racket sports, enjoys the music of Justin Hurwitz, and loves the novels of Tadeusz Dołęga-Mostowicz.
