Marcin Muza

He specializes in administrative law, construction law, civil law (including family and guardianship matters) and labor law.
The scope of his interests primarily includes issues related to the implementation of construction investments, spatial planning and development, real estate management, as well as the widely understood administrative and judicial procedure. As part of his practice, he has dealt with ongoing legal services for local government units (Commune Office of Sztum, Commune Office of Karsin, Commune Office of Kolbudy and Commune Office of Leba.
He also has experience in providing legal services to businesses, particularly in the construction, tourism, advertising and service industries. He is a co-author of a publication on the Landscape Law.
He completed his legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdansk, and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk.
He is a fan of healthy eating, mountain hiking and ultra running.
