He specializes in legal services for energy trading companies, in the field of energy law and renewable energy sources regulations. He has been a member of the energy law team in MGS LAW since January 2023.
Michał has over 6 years of professional experience in legal services for energy trading companies, mainly in the area oftransactions on the electricity market (EFET, energy purchase in the PPA model, trade-balancing contracts) and in the area ofretail sales to end users, including prosumers.
He is also engaged in analysis of new regulations in the field of energy law and its implementation (including, from 2018 till now, the laws regulating energy prices for end users).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed advocate apprenticeship at The Warsaw Bar Association.
Privately, a history and handball enthusiast.
