Michał Sambożuk manages criminal, family and inheritance law department of our firm. He specializes in family, civil, inheritance, sports and criminal law. He is an expert in complex divorce and family proceedings. He deals with the ongoing service of commercial law companies.

He conducts the defense in criminal cases, including economic criminal cases. He represents the interests of injured parties as a proxy for auxiliary prosecutors in criminal proceeding.

Michał Sambożuk is a lawyer with extensive experience in litigation. In his practice he focuses on court proceedings of the firm’s clients. He has conducted numerous court cases in the field of civil (including family and inheritance) as well as criminal law.

Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Pomeranian Football Association since 2014 and an arbitrator of the Football Arbitration Court at the PomZPN. He has represented clients in cases before the Football Arbitration Court at the Polish Football Association and before the Arbitration Court at the Polish Olympic Committee.

He conducted training in criminal law for large energy companies with a majority share of the State Treasury. Well versed in issues related to the intersection of criminal law and family law, as well as criminal and corporate law.

He completed his legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association and graduated from University of Gdańsk, Law and administration faculty. A member of the Pomeranian BAr Association since 2012.

In his private life Michał is a big fan of cooking, traveling, running, good beer and his dog Kuffel.
