Paula Borzyszkowska Tekieli works in the energy law team at MGS LAW. She deals with cooperation with entities from the broadly understood energy, fuel and insurance industries.

She is a specialist in creating contracts in the Energy As A Service/ Solar As A Service segment and models related to self production of electricity. She provides advice to companies trading in electricity and has many years of experience in this area.

Paula Borzyszkowska- Tekieli specializes in broadly understood commercial law. She serves entities related to the construction and service of renewable energy source installations as well as the construction and R&D process of green hydrogen production installations.

She has extensive experience in litigation and acts as a defense attorney in criminal cases, including economic criminal cases.
