Today, on the opening day of the European Financial Congress in Sopot (http://www.efcongress.com), the publication entitled Megatrends and their influence on the infrastructural sectors development was presented. This publication included an essay of Michał Sznycer, Legal Counsel of the Law Firm MGS, entitled The Renewable Energy Sources Act of 2015 – where are we heading? The issues addressed were the legal and interpretation problems connected with the new regulation and the trends the renewable energy sector is to face in the near future.
