As of the beginning of April innogy Polska S.A. has officially launched the carsharing project named innogy go! We are very happy and satisfied to inform that MGS LAW Legal Counsels: Michał Sznycer, Partner, and Anna Eliszewska, Junior Partner, had the pleasure to support the development of the innogy go! mobile application by providing legal counselling on personal data protection (GDPR).
The carsharing service innogy go! has been designed to allow fully electric BMW i3 car hire by the minute and offers the biggest in the world BMW electric cars fleet of 500 vehicles. The size of the fleet makes innogy go! the biggest electric carsharing project in Poland and the third biggest in Europe (following Stuttgart and Madrid).
